Feeding, orientation and parts loading to the point of next processing are key operations executed by special purpose machines and by systems for automated production. We developed our own solution for parts and trays feeding and we offer them as independent products.
Complex system for feeding, orientation and parts transport to production processes and machines. Quick feeder allows creation of separated central spots for comfortable loading and control of all parts entering production process. Quick feeder provides transport oriented parts at great distances and it does not require immediate proximity of the part processing point. Quick Feeder allows feeding parts in rapid pace of up to hundreds of milliseconds.
Tray feeder consists of preparation point, point for feeding of entering tray block and point for releasing of exiting tray block, tray displacement to the point of release/feeding, precise positioning of individual series on tray, empty tray displacement to exiting block. Tray feeder may be equipped with a manipulator for part release/feeding to/from production process.
We offer development, production and delivery of special purpose machines, from simple manual controlled machines to fully automated production lines.
We like working on technically challenging applications such as assembling miniature or difficult-to-grasp parts, special measuring processes, high precision operations, etc.
